Shocking service. I ordered 10 items and despite me asking them to deliver to a DPD pick up point, they claimed this wasn't possible (the location is a well-known, national supermarket that is open all day and night).

I then receive a text saying they will try again tomorrow however, when I look on the website for the delivery company, it states that for reasons best known to themselves, PG have decided to ask for my package back. Meanwhile, I am still out of pocket for a lot of money.

I called the number for Customer Service. A dreadful recorded message that goes on for 2 or 3 minutes and then right at the end tells you nobody is there to speak to. Shocking.

I would avoid ordering from these guys at all costs - they don't have any kind of customer service to speak of.

*UPDATE : I have already emailed your customer service team, with my order details and did so this afternoon asking for an urgent call back, so the response below is a standard reply one assumes*

I bought a pair of navy leather deck shoes couple of days ago, worn it today for the first time and the shoe soul worn out already. it’s a shame because the shoe looks great on the website and the description makes it sound the a Great product but it’s not.

Really impressed. First time ordering and the whole process was really good. Free delivery and free returns, refund processed quickly with no issues. Boots I kept were really nice, great quality and the packaging is top notch.

Love the products. I bought a selection of Ts and pullovers during the sale. All great prices. I live the other side of the world from the UK - delivery very inexpensive and arrived within a week of the order by DHL. All of my orders were in great condition, quality as expected and look fantastic!

I truly enjoyed my experience shopping with Pretty Green. Besides the fact that the clothes are unique & stylish there is the packaging which is classy, well thought out, reusable and all recyclable.
I had to return an item and the return system while not perfect was trouble-free and efficient. I give you guys 10/10 on all counts. I am almost 100% certain that this won’t be my last purchase from Pretty Green

Having bought multiple items from PG in recent sales I find the quality good and style great. Looking forward to seeing what new items they release.

AVOID!!!Bought a parker 2 years ago most of the buttons fell off in first wash.made the mistake of buying a overhead smock recently washed it once funny water mark/stain appeared on the front washed it again thinking it might do the trick another appeared cheap rubbish...

Bought a Bowman Padded Jacket and the white badge isn’t even on the coat like in the picture which is annoying for £72
